the wood feels very solid, and it's comfortable to use. i only bought the small brush but might get the large one in future once i have a pair of boots

Used the small brush that came in my kit when applying the leather soap worked great perfect size for the tin and could really lather and work into the leather around my hiking boot lace holes and hard to reach areas .
